There were a lot of homeless entering the gate when it opened. It was hard sometimes to navigate the rows(badly parked cars) and we never saw the attendant even when she was supposed to be there.

I paid in advance and i was not told at the time I first rented the unit I would not be getting the extra month I paid back if I emptied the storage early. So I did not get my money nor is it posted.
