I did note that upon returning a rented truck I was charged a full $11 for 7 additional miles, even though the stated price is $1.49 per mile, which would have come to $10.43. As it is, using the formula for refilliing the gas tank which is on the rental paperwork, I left the truck with a bit more gas than I used. This might not seem important to you, but it is to me. It goes toward feelings of fairness, predictability, and trust. Every little bit makes a difference and, as a person of very modest means, I need to keep as much as I can in my own interest. Otherwise, everyone I came into contact with was very helpful and kind. I appreciate that!

The door where my unit was, was having troubles, the staff tried to figure out the problem so I could find my unit. I ended up having to leave but shortly after they called and let me know they got the door fixed. No complaints

Wayne and Chris on Washington Street were great, but Washington Street never answers their phone. I'll recommend any other truck rental but Uhaul and only Uhaul storage at Odlin Road.
