Walter @Odlin Road UHaul was super fast and friendly. He went above and beyond for me.
MICHELE T | Online Move InI would recommend the storage facility on Odlin Road not the the one on Summer Street or Washington Street. Wayne and Chris on Washington Street were great, but Washington Street never answers their phone. I'll recommend any other truck rental but Uhaul and only Uhaul storage at Odlin Road.

Anthony B | First ImpressionsAll my belongings have been covered in mouse poop and when I called to let the manager Matt know he has not even returned my call and they blow me off saying they will have him call I have lost around 500 dollars worth of stuff because the mice have eaten all my blankets including the ones my last grandma made for me I also found a dead mouse in one of my boxes and because of the way they handled this if I need a storage unit ever again I will not be using U-Haul
Wendy R | Overall ExperienceEveryone was great but they charge my card a 30.00 late fee . We couldn’t set it up on the day we rented since computers were down. I was told they were going to refund the 30.00 but never happened. I called and was told it took time but it has been a month.
