I paid for climate controlled and a clean environment. I should’ve just left my stuff in the streets at least then I wouldn’t have been surprised it was so dirty.

The bugs , and rodents completely overran my unit and ruined most of my family’s things and the scam of insurance yall sell gave us $900.
