Way to much for the small room
Damion W | Overall ExperienceThe Florida Ave location is promoted as climate controlled but it really should not be. The humidity in Baton Rouge is extreme and constant. If I would have had to store my stuff longer I would have moved it to another facility. There is no 24 hours access which was frustrating.
JAY B | Overall ExperienceThe location is in a run down facility and the neighborhood is rough. The "climate control" is not really climate control. The unit I reserved was not available. I was given a smaller unit. Staff were helpful as much as they could but the overall experience was disappointing.
