I have never had a storage facility that was more understanding, helpful, & all around caring for my situation, my needs, & constantly kept in contact with me whenever I was falling behind on my payments. And I always forget the extremely nice blonde lady's name it's either Shannon. Or Sharron but her & of course Ray r AMAZING people. They were ALWAYS SO helpful & kind. I've had A LOT of storage units throughout my adult life & I give these guys & this specific storage unit a 10 out of 5. Thank u guys for ALL of ur help & ur AMAZING service while I had my stuff stored safely at ur facility.
