Everything was good until I moved out I went to return the lock and keys to the unit the staff said everything was done and that I wasn’t going to get charged for the next month but the next day I got charged for the next month I went to talk to the staff and they said that the staff from the last day never went to check the unit so they didn’t mark it as moved out and I got charged but they would give me my money back but it would take 3-5 business days. Glad they fixed it but because of their mistake I am missing $243 for the next few days which shouldn’t have happened in the first place

MARK J | Overall ExperienceFirst y'all closed my storage unit early accidentally and I had to drive out to the office before their early closing time to make sure our unit wasn't lost. Then, a month after I did the online move out over the mobile app, this location charged me around $150 in rental and late fees for not paying to rent the unit the next month. I had to call and be connected to customer service to explain I moved out and completed the process over a month prior. They then had to put me on hold while we waited almost 30 min for the location's office to answer their phone, which they didn't even answer on the first call. This office is extremely flawed. Needs entirely new management, possibly employees too unless there can be better oversight.

Then another renter next to us told us that she had stuff stolen from her locker by the manager of the facility and was pressing police charges. It made me feel like my stuff wasn't secure, then the team assumed I was done because my locker was temporarily empty and they closed my account so I had to waste the gas coming to restart the contract and get our locker back.

Sandra P | First ImpressionsOne staff member was rude and when asking questions about policy and why my rent increased he stated he doesn’t know let alone memorize the policy and if i had any question refer to customer service in a rude way also stated we aren’t a contracted site so we can raise the rent whenever we want as long as they provide a 30 day notice then stated they raised it twice and I can not do anything about it because I’m month to month . Well i sure did do something about it I moved at that same day. Would have REP retrained better on customer service. I bought a shed n moved out that same day! used your uhual truck only because it was convenient but that will be the last service I acquire from you moving forward. Answer rude to another individual! I spent over 2k there and this is how your staff responds to me.
