How U-Haul Reviews WorkGood service thank you
Maria A | First ImpressionsThe storage area was clean and very easy to get to. The staff was great and helpful, I would definitely use this U-Haul again. Thank you.
Joanne H | Overall ExperienceAwesome employees and very professional
Alfonso A | Overall ExperienceI went today around 7:21 to take a load and there was 4 U-Haul trucks blocking the entrance so wasn’t able to store my stuff.
Diego D | First ImpressionsF#%k off, stop emailing me. I’ve called you guys 10 times to remove my email. I have not bought or leased anything from uhaul in 10 years. You guys truly suck.
Cameron B | First ImpressionsThe only complaint I have is that the lights turned off after only one minute maybe two minutes. I would have enough time to grt to my unit open the door ghen two to three seconds later the lights shut off. When I keft the exit door the lights were triggered when leaving. Very frustrating to look for things in the dark. Due to this inconvenience I choose to stop and store my items elsewhere. I even complained about it to the representative and they indicated they can’t do anything about it. Thanks for everything else I was more than satisfied with my rental and all of those who helped me.
chris b | Overall ExperienceI choose uhaul because of previous experiences
chris b | First ImpressionsThe customer service was very helpful and solid as well, and everyone did a great job. I would recommend U-Haul to a friend, etc. Thank you so very much U-Haul and have a wonderful day! Peace!
Michael C | First ImpressionsStaff was very helpful. Only thing that would make it better is if there was a restroom available after hours but I understand why that could be an issue.
