The only complaint I have is that the lights turned off after only one minute maybe two minutes. I would have enough time to grt to my unit open the door ghen two to three seconds later the lights shut off. When I keft the exit door the lights were triggered when leaving. Very frustrating to look for things in the dark. Due to this inconvenience I choose to stop and store my items elsewhere. I even complained about it to the representative and they indicated they can’t do anything about it. Thanks for everything else I was more than satisfied with my rental and all of those who helped me.

Ivan G | Overall ExperienceOverall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a storage unit. The “secure” gate is always open. Likely broken but I didn’t go to the trouble to check. There are random people walking around the facility and looking for things to take. There’s trash all around. The employees act like they’re doing you a favor by looking in your general direction. It has been my experience that staff prey on people that don’t know better. I would receive text messages threatening to “sell my belongings” one day after forgetting to pay my rent. A bad experience all the way around. Would recommend you choose a better location. I might trust a random stranger renting me a garage over this place. Run!
