I had the most supportive experience from Arianna each of the several times I called. She knew exactly what to do to make my rental the best. I am beyond pleased! She was awesome and patient like no other place. She was supportive and made so many recommendations to accommodate my complicated situation. I worked with her several times and she was above expectations each time. She’s a gem! I would rent there again just to have her assistance. Never any pressure, just options. Very good rental place and good customer service overall from all the workers.

This facility has multiple units of different sizes, we were able to pull our truck by the door for loading and unloading, and we had access to two full size carts for moving both times. laura h | Overall ExperienceMoved my things in 2/26/2023 at 3:45 pm, The staff (who I never got her name), a lady who “working” this particular day, I saw sleeping in a rental vehicle when I arrived. Went inside the lobby and wasn’t greeted by anyone, called the store while I was inside and still no one showed up. When the lady (who was sleeping) finally woke, she was grumpy and told me the store was closing at 4pm, the sign on door said 5pm close on Sunday. The storage unit & locks were dilapidated and not very clean. I’m worried about my storage items being kept cleaned & pest free. All in all the experience at this location was not well received and after I get my things out, I’ll avoid this location at all cost and advise others do the same. 0/5 stars if possible.
