The was a young female who I guess was learning with a black guy or women idk what the sex was anyway the girl looked as if she didn't want to help me and was chewing gum like that was the only piece she had and all she did while me and my husband looked at them I kindly ask them to cancel my storage unit and they did not luckly my husband told me to call again because we both knew these people weren't doing there job I went there will not be going there anymore and the charge me for a card when they could of just say the door was open the customers service was horrible that was so unprofessional
