staff were NOT helpful. staff did not adequately explain the pin pad process. staff did not properly explain the building layout. I was shown the building map upside down from the actual footprint of the building so access to my unit was frustrating as I went to the wrong side of the building and wrong doors, which did not work despite the access code being recognized. I was only to enter through one door and neither of the drive in bays were operational. staff did not explain that a lock would be inside the unit. staff were somewhat friendly but not at all competent in explaining the facility or how to access. Overall my experience was incredibly frustrating. This would have been avoided had the staff done a better job explaining the facility and the process.
LACEY G | First ImpressionsMy unit was broken into, ransacked and burglarized! The manager was of very little help and although the facility claimed to have video surveillance, and I pleaded with them to review the footage, nothing ever happened. Also my insurance claim was denied because there were no signs of “forced entry” - but I had photos and filled a police report immediately. Very disappointed and dissatisfied - and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Money was taken plus a few other vintage items. When I bought this up with the guy at the desk he couldn't have cared less. That's why we went elsewhere.
