The accessibility hours are subjective for me. It was not very accessible because it needs to be open later at night and earlier in the morning not while people are at work for the average person that may be different. The underlings that worked at the facility were nice and went out of their way to help me however, their boss could not care less about the fact that my storage unit was broken into ransacked items were ruined stolen, very pricey items, including family heirlooms, and they did a very quick job of fixing the door to hide this and then U-Haul decided to screw me over even further by offering pocket change for these items. Despite the fact that not only were they inside a locked unit with a double lock, but that unit was inside of a locked building, and they didn’t even notify me that the door had been dented in and removed from its track. That is how damaged it was and they conveniently have no cameras that can see this or who anyone broke in it is in their notes that something took place with my unit, but they did not notify me. I found out when I came back 7 months later.

RAYMOND C | First ImpressionsOther than the assistant manager, the rest of the staff seemed like a group of kids whose parents bought the franchise for them. At no point during the many conversations that I had with them did I feel valued as a customer, nor did they seem to track any of those conversations related to my U-Box rentals or the eventual (and because of atrocious unprofessional service) temporary storage unit rental. In all, it was distressingly unprofessional.

Caitlin K | Overall ExperienceLocated in an old, musty, and neglected building. Roof has leaks that have gone unfixed, carpets are stained, visible mouse droppings, and the overwhelming stench of mildew sticks to anything fabric you store in the place. Employees less than helpful and sometimes rude. Only convenient thing is the location but that's about it.
