The facility was generally clean, but on move out day, there was a basket that had a lot of junk in it in the hallway, and also a stroller blocking our way that was filled with food, and no one around, actively using the storage.
Michelle R | Overall ExperienceAndrew and his staff members are and have always been accommodating and congenial. Even with a few 'customers' who honestly don't deserve the niceties of UHaul. This store location is the most convenient and best location of the surrounding UHaul locations and in my opinion, the busiest. Please allow Management and staff to continue the great work they have been doing.

jessie M | First ImpressionsI made a reservation a month in advance. I arrived at the location for them to tell me they have no units available. Additionally, they inform me the reservation system allows them to get overbooked and this has been an issue for a year or two. Why hasn't anyone fixed this? It is completely unacceptable that you make a reservation and it cannot be honored. On top of the reservation not being honored, I had called 24hrs prior to arriving to make sure I could check in and everything was all set. Why wasn't I told then there would be an issue? The attendant was not very helpful and acted like he could care less. This was an absolute joke and I do not know how Uhaul can stay in business using this type of business model.

I called with very short notice and we were able to show up with my belongings within just a few minutes. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We were able to unload the U-Haul truck and return it efficiently. I was very happy with the service throughout the entire experience.
