The customer service was the best part of renting a truck and getting a storage at the Bountiful, Ut U-Haul. Everyone in the store was more than willing to help me navigate the whole process, answer my questions, and when the person that was helping me at the desk didn’t know an answer he said so, then proceeded to find out the answers to my questions. Accountability. My best friend and I got everything we needed done in under 45 mins, the whole process was so easy, and that is why whenever I have had to move and store things while living in Utah over the past 7 years I ALWAYS choose to go to the Bountiful location.
