Someone put me down for a U-Haul. I didn’t do this and whoever did needs to lose their job!

RICK H | Overall ExperienceI rented a U-Haul ready to move in storage. We did have bad weather so I expected delay. But even 2 days after weather the gate won't let me in I'm assuming because it's frozen which is no one's fault. But now my U-Haul is just sitting in the parking lot of the storage facility with my stuff in it because I can't get in, and as a result I'm occurring more and more charged for the U-Haul and I don't have the funds. Weather is that and it's nobodies fault, but I figured facility would be available after a couple days even if office is closed maybe maintenance would ensure access and return home. Thanks
