KEVIN D | First ImpressionsThe General Manger Samantha, I used the uhaul in Anmoore WV, she was amazing! She was super friendly and professional. She made my business needs very easy to maintain! She answered all my silly questions and made my experience the best I've had with uhaul. The Internet was out, and the hottest day of the year, but that didn't stop her from being accommodating. Thank you Samantha! I hope you get the recognition you deserve!
Logan F | Overall ExperienceThe only reason I wouldn't recommend this storage facility to a friend is due to the pricing, which I know three individual stores likely don't have much control over, but... $179 a month for a 10x15 unit, when a place down the road will rent you the same size for $80 a month? Truly insanity, and I couldn't in good conscience tell someone to spring for that, no matter how nice the facility is otherwise.

Leigh A | Overall ExperienceUnit flooded causing approximately $2500 in losses which UHaul denied, then their third-party cleaning service moved my belongings into a filthy unit throwing everything into a pile instead of storing nearly. They damaged beyond repair several items which I did not find until move-out. Some of the destroyed items were irreplaceable. They threw heavy tools on top of childhood trophies and glass items breaking them, destroyed an 18 speed bicycle, ruined an antique steamer trunk, LOST a truck wheel with tire (WTF am I supposed to do with 3 wheels??) tools lost or most likely STOLEN. I have paid THOUSANDS of DOLLARS to store these items only to be treated as trash! Longstanding customers deserve better than this! NEVER AGAIN!!!

She actually cared about what I was going through and treated me with nothing but respect. she reached out after hours, communicated by text and did everything she could for me. I couldn't afford the unit after leaving a domestic violence situation and she made sure I got my grandma's pictures out of there. the other woman was great too on greeting us and seeing if we need help. great great staff.
