The staff on site at the time of my move was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all my my questions efficiently, walked me through confusing steps, as well as showed compassion. I wish I knew what his name was. He was great.

johanna h. | First ImpressionsYesterday,2/25/23, I arrived at your storage facility. There was a young man standing outside smoking by the main door. As I was looking for my code to open the door, he explained I had to first go to A12, then return to the second keypad and put my number in. He then went inside as I moved to door A12. I typed the code into door A12 and then down the side walk to the next door. There, I repeated the code entry. The door did not open. I repeated the process again in the cold sleeting weather with no success. I proceeded to the empty office and explained to the young man that I was having a hard time getting into the building via keypad. He immediately sounded angry by his loud and abrasive tone. He repeated the directions to which I responded that i had followed those directions. In his aggravated tone, he repeatedly hit his hand on the counter in a cutting motion. At this point I informed him I was not going to deal with his attitude and him waving his hand in the air to me. I requested the storage be discontinued. He then stated “I don’t know how much simpler I can make this” and repeated the steps again. I again told him to cancel my rental because of his behavior. I still do not know why the code would not work after entering into the keypad as instructed. Maybe it was the wrong code? Maybe it was a computer glitch and was deactivated? I don’t know. Instead of getting up to assist me or checking the codes to ensure they were correct, your employee attempted to bully me into thinking I had not followed the correct directions. This was not the case. Because of his actions or lack of action, you have lost a costumer. Thank you for your time. Rachael Baumgardner
