The representative at the desk the day prior to as well as day of reservation check-in was not competent and was unhelpful. He wasn't rude butl he couldn't answer my questions or locate my reservation even though I had the full number readily available in text and email from uHaul, and in my app... He refused to search by reservation number when he clearly was mistyping my name. I had to spend more time during a very difficult period of moving across the country at Christmas, to work with uHaul Customer Service 800 #... Who was easily able to locate my account. Next, when physically there to move in, the same local rep could not answer basic questions, (where do drive-up renters enter an access code? Where's the bathroom? Where was NOT a lock already inside the unit as he promised, and I had to waste 45 minutes cleaning out dirt, debris, cobwebs, before 8 could start racing to empty the rental truck in time.

ROBERT L | First ImpressionsTrucks I renting has bad water leaks behind the passenger corner inside truck van where you store stuff. Plus 2216-18 has bad water leaks floor inside with our stuff was wet. Plus damage door unable to lock it properly
