Poor customer service skills when I turned in my rental vehicle. Not even a thank you. Poor poor customer service skills from male clerk who seemed bothered to be at work and paid more attention to his co workers and his ear buds he had in his ears.

KASSANDRA P | First ImpressionsI went to the facility to go get something from my unit and I noticed it was over 85 degrees in there.. it is supposedly a climate control area that why I was paying $139.95. it was the weekend so nobody was at the front office. I called on a Monday when business was opened and I spoke to some guy that answered the phone. I explained to him about the place that it was to hot and some of my stuff got mold,I asked how long had the AC been down here said they were going to fix it. So I asked him about my stuff getting damaged with mold and he said if I had insurance I told him I did get it. He them said that they couldn't do anything about my stuff. I told him it was my fault the AC has broken down in there facilities and why should suffer the consequences. I told him why did anybody call us to advise that the AC was not working but they still charge me the same every month for the unit. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager he said she's going to tell you the same thing I'm telling u and he hang up on me.. that was not very professional on his part. I had been paying that unit for more than a year already, and this is how I got treated... Not good at all...
