William J | Online Move InThe Butte U-Haul facility and staff are top notch. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. And the boss lady is the best ever!
karl k | Overall ExperienceI did not see anywhere in the move in info about what the process is to be approved for 24/7 access. I did move in on Saturday but 24/7 approval can only occur after you meet in person with gm Monday thru Friday 8 to 5. So I had people set up to help me Saturday and sunday evening but we could not do the moving due to lack of 24/7 access. The guy that answered the phone over the weekend was as helpful as possible and explained the process clearly but the online move in or before tou rent it should clearly state what it takes and when it can happen for 24/7 access approval.

I would definitely recommend U-Haul storage unit to my friend and then I would let them know that U-Haul storage unit are absolutely the best way to put this stuff in storage. I would recommend my friend very strongly to rent from U-Haul storage. U-Haul storage unit and the building are super clean and really friendly and they explain everything to you . U-Haul is the only way to go to store your belongings. If I had to rate them from 0 to 10 I would have to rate them a 100%
