Very kind and considerate staff. Very clean and well maintained facility. Found the frequent earsplitting alarms to be distressing. Would have preferred access hours to be more flexible.
ELIZABETH G | Overall ExperienceI did like the facility overall. The music that's on repeat that one song is enough to drive someone mad or permanently sad. I had just gone through something. So it did not help but it being the only song really kind of was a drag. Everybody was really nice. But then would Contradict that in the end. And that's why I ended up leaving the big reason being that having to get in when I could to get stuff, put me close to closing time. And the last time I was in one of the employees working that night asked If I had an all night pass, after he had said he was leaving, and I was in a rush, he looked at me and said it as if he knew I had something. He was asking for so I said yes. Of course. And then when he asked for my last name, they gave it to him, and I asked why he said to check and make sure and mind you, he is a ways away from me when we're talking just kind of down the aisle. And I asked again what it was for you said the all night pass? And he needed to see something I should have, and I shook my head like what, and as he was getting ready to go. I said, wait, did I hear you right? You said all night pass, I'm sorry. I didn't understand what you were asking me for and I told him that I may have just lied to you then. Because I don't have what pass you're asking about. What is it? And he explained it was $10 extra a month, and you could come in anytime to your unit. And then I asked, why is this the first time I'm hearing about this in a joking way? And he smiled, and I told him I'd finish up and later that week, I got a call for management Jessica. Who is very sweet but doesn't really Seem understanding, I guess you could say. I know when closing hours are And when I first dropped off the truck, there was confusion. There, as well, that was Due to just a situation when turning in the truck and then another time was my question of why I was being charged before I actually showed up to Occupy the unit and they went off of when I had clicked free unit for a month on the website. And I guess I just didn't read far enough in that they charge you until you move in. But what confused me is, if I decide not to take it? I wouldn't be charged, so it just I didn't think it was fair. And I was juggling a million things anyways to shorten this up after the talk with the employee that week on Friday, I believe it was, I'd missed a call from u-Haul and I had a voicemail when playing that voicemail, it was more or less, like I was in trouble or going to the principal's office or some s*** Because it was pretty condescending, and though I liked her position in backing an employee as a supervisor I've been in both, I did not appreciate The way she delivered her message which, like I said, was like, being talked down to By telling me that I lied about having a 24 hour pass and that the closing hours are at 7 blah blah blah, these are the hours and she just may have been having a bad day, and I almost called to talk to her about it because how I liked her backing an employee, this should have never become an issue. I have no idea why he decided to tell her. What I said and that I didn't catch it, or whether he just didn't hear it. But I don't see that, so what she should know is that you get the other side before you start blaming a customer for something that they corrected. So it shouldn't have been an issue. I was none too pleased with the way she handled that. But I have more important things on my plate. I don't wish anybody trouble, but she should know. The few times that she could have won me over as a customer. It went in one ear and out the other and like a robot. She more or less upsets you in the way she explained things. And in the last instance, her belittling me by saying I was a liar when I literally said that to him. The employee when I told him well then I believe I lied to you because I don't have a 24 hour pass. I'm finishing up. What is this 24 hour pass that you speak of it's the way I said it's something or another in a joking way? And he explained it, which was awesome. I even thought about doing it, but after that phone call and him somehow deciding I don't know, just kind of seen weasel like it was pretty pathetic. So I won't be returning ever, but it sure was interesting. While I was there, great facility Clean If I'd had the 24 pass rock and roll had. I known about it rock and roll And other than that, just a few misunderstandings or poor communication. Like I said, I don't say this intending anybody be in trouble or written up or whatever else could cause issue in their life.I do not want this.I just want it known that it was not handled right. Learn from it and own it.Don't accept it and be mad about it.We don't get better as people by saying nothing. Thanks.Take careAnd everyone keep smiling.You're always worth a smile. JEREMY J | Overall ExperienceThe man was ok in greeting, when they generated our unit it was the unit was the one farthest away and very inconvenient.. The man gave very poor directions and we had to return to the office to find the entrance.. there were no more customers in the office so it would have been nice for him to take us and show us where to enter and our storage unit.. we were very frustrated and after a long day of moving were not very happy...

Regina L | Online Move InThe staff, Manager & Russell, were very helpful. I had a lot of questions regarding a family members upcoming move to relocate here. We were in need of storage to make room & to store their belongings. They took time to address these issues, showed me the facility & how to utilize all features. They were also helpful in making the truck & trailer reservations for the move. I even went back a couple of days later to clarify some details and they were just as patient and helpful as the initial contact.

Chris C | Overall ExperienceI really like being able to drive into the U-haul facility, no standing in mud while being rained or snowed on at the entrance of your storage unit. The security was terrific. In addition to cameras, you also have to enter a code when you enter and exit the building. Without the code, alarms will go off. I really appreciated being inside the facility the entire time and that the entire facility was climate controlled. I liked that several wheeled flat bed carts were provided, which I also used to rearrange my storage unit, in addition to moving items into and out of my unit. Staff were always helpful and kind. If I ever have the need for another storage unit, I will definitely return to U-haul storage.
