The staff is very unfriendly and does not prioritize customer. The sit at the desks with there personal cell phones out and text or take calls while trying to engage with customers. Very unprofessional actually extremely unprofessional

Jesus E | Overall ExperienceAccess hours are misleading - they shut the bay doors half an hour before the office closes, so you have to load/unload from the parking lot through the small side door. I only learned this when I arrived to load the car before a 3500 km trip the next day, so I didn't appreciate having to load right before I had to hit the road.
