The team working at this location was great and super helpful. I need to take the time to acknowledge one employee named ARUN. He went above and beyond for me. My trailer door was stuck and it would not open up more than 10-12 inches. After fighting it for a while ARUN came over and lent a hand. We were able to get a few things out and ARUN took it upon himself to slide through the small crack and get into the trailer and unjam it. This was greatly appreciated, ARUN said it was nothing but it meant a lot because without him I never would have got into the trailer. Thank you so much ARUN you customer service was above and beyond and because of you I will recommend this location to everyone.
Steve E | First ImpressionsI availed the Free storage offer from this address rent the storage from February 28 and supposed to move out on March 28 but I went to the office on March 27 and talked to a staff a woman and man asking if could we extend the storage and move out on March 30 and offer to pay just the days but they offered and told me they can extend the rent to March 30 and will not pay anything so I trust what they told me and March 30 we moved out the storage but suddenly I keep getting email from a person saying he is the GM of uHaul that I have a overdue or late fee for the storage and needs to pay $1,097 for couple of days so called overdue rent and supposed to be if I continue the rent it will only cost me $178 I called the and they answer the phone but a woman will just put me on hold and will never come back also called and chat with uHaul customer support and all they will say is that there is nothing they can do(so much for the so called customer support) do not trust this uHaul site and there so called free one month promotion to rent a storage until now they did not remove my storage rent from the app and there is no way I will pay the amount of $1,097 for a supposed to be 1 month free storage rent
Fritz A | Overall ExperienceI ended up getting a call from the main location.I was to pick up the vehicle at called to ask if I would like to pick it up from a different location.The address seemed closer But once I looked at the map , I realized that it was going to take me longer to go get the truck and return the truck. Next time I will make sure to keep the pickup and drop off location at the storage unit I am keeping my things in. So I found that having to pick up and drop off the truck at another location wasn't a great experience.The pick up location and the people.There were awesome nothing against that.At all.It just was the inconvenience of having to pick up at 1 location.Go pick up my stuff out of the house.Drop it off at the storage location in another area and then drive all the way back to the other location is all too inconvenient

Went to empty unit, TV missing, end tables and coffee tables missing! Makes me wonder, how many times a stranger went into my unit and just helped themselves! I am not finished sorting through my stuff. How much more will be gone?

marc h | Overall ExperienceVehicle entry and over all entry depended on office hrs. Last storage I had was maple leaf. Vehicle entry was easy no restrictions on time U-Haul restricted vehicle entry after office shut and made it very hard to load vehicle or unload outside I've seen many vehicles locked inside after hours. Staff can't even walk through and inform ppl at there stage units that vehicles needed to be removed. You guys got $8100.00 from me over 30 months The least we could have gotten was decent vehicle access.
