After many years of of being at this storage and having multiple storages I left because of the raising of the rent. For years I-haul was so reasonable but over the last five or six years the in creases seem more frequent and not necessary. Sonya and her staff are wonderful and truly have become friends over the years. Will miss her dearly. I said I would recommend this U-Haul because of the staff but I would let whomever know about frequent increases

Upon checking in I was told that my unit I reserved wasn’t available even though I entered my cc and made a reservation. The staff told me that it’s not really a reservation. What??? How does that make sense. You guys need to get it together
