The manager called me while I was moving and told me about the 1 month free offer. She was honest, kind, and informative. I cancelled my previous space that I rented and called her back to confirm. Thank you for outstanding customer service.
Mark T | First Impressionsthere were bugs in and out of the unit. I sprayed myself and bugs would still find their way into my things. management was horrible. I'd even goas far as saying that they were harassing me with the amount of phone calls i received. On one specific day, I told the manager i was clearing out my unit and after confirming this face to face she still decided to call me to threaten me that I would be in trouble if i did not leave my unit cleaned out by 5pm.

john M | First ImpressionsOnly complaint is the storage unit area smells really bad like sewer and always had smelly water drainage near entrance to outside door almost had to walk thru it to get stuff in and out!

JON M | Overall ExperienceAfter many years of of being at this storage and having multiple storages I left because of the raising of the rent. For years I-haul was so reasonable but over the last five or six years the in creases seem more frequent and not necessary. Sonya and her staff are wonderful and truly have become friends over the years. Will miss her dearly. I said I would recommend this U-Haul because of the staff but I would let whomever know about frequent increases
