JANET H | First ImpressionsMultiple items stolen from our RV (two power cables). Reported the first one to management which promised to get back to me about it, never did. Didn't even bother reporting the second. Also the reason I closed the account is the email touting how secure it was, and all the pest control that was supposed to be happening. Meanwhile I had to clean easily 50 black widows off to access my RV after it sitting there for less than two months, I had to add bug killer to my vehicle in the even I needed to go visit the site. Between the $250 for new power cables and the extra money for bug spray, it just wasn't equitable to use your facility any more.

Over the course of my rental period I interacted with multiple staff members as well as the manager and each and every person was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The unit I rented was clean, very secure and easily accessible. I have had to rent storage facilities multiple times in the last 5 years and because of this experience I will always go to U-Haul first. Thank you for a flawless storage experience.
