I was very happy with U-Haul storage. The people were very nice to work with. The facility is close to our house, an added convenience. Ice oils definitely use this facility again. The only thing we had trouble with was putting the lock on the door! Thanks again!

JANET H | First ImpressionsMultiple items stolen from our RV (two power cables). Reported the first one to management which promised to get back to me about it, never did. Didn't even bother reporting the second. Also the reason I closed the account is the email touting how secure it was, and all the pest control that was supposed to be happening. Meanwhile I had to clean easily 50 black widows off to access my RV after it sitting there for less than two months, I had to add bug killer to my vehicle in the even I needed to go visit the site. Between the $250 for new power cables and the extra money for bug spray, it just wasn't equitable to use your facility any more.
