Experience: Vermin entered my unit most likely due to a 3 inch piece of the rubber seal was missing at the end of the door. I stored my household items for 18 months after moving cross country paying for the indoor and climate controlled 10X10 unit and rats/mice should not have entered the indoor building let alone the second floor. I threw away many items that were damaged due to rodent urine. Although I payed for the $5000 insurance it was unclear how to use it. The assistant manager was helpful and helped me move everything to a new unit and gave me 5 totes for the items that were still in the boxes. She also allowed me to dispose of the urine damaged items and boxes in the truck headed for the dump. She offered me a month free and took me off the auto pay due on 11/20/25. I moved everything left out on 11/23/25 and closed out the contract. I have received late fee and delinquency notices vial email and mail and I would like this resolved.

Water leals never repaired, office staff never I'm office or answers phones or texts. I literally called office while 4 of them were in there and shot Video of them just ignoring the call. Very unprofessional.
Bruce H | Overall ExperienceI always enjoy my stay at U-haul, only difference was a loud sound that startled by loud sound that caused me to smash my two fingers. Not knowing what that was for I headed back down the hall stopped at the door to your front desk… I motioned my ares in the window a young man came to my aid. He was kind and helpful and helped me remove a box and 2 bar stools and bag. But he was very pleasant patient and kind!! Thank you U-haul for that was extra security which is awesome 👏🏾
Paula M | Overall ExperienceI've stored in a lot of places and U-Haul Storage is one of the best places I've ever had it was always clean and well lit and I always felt safe and they have a space to where if you don't want something but it's still in good condition you can leave it there and other people can take from there and I found me a really good wall unit that was left there the only reason I moved out was because of the price U-Haul is a little bit more expensive than other places and right now with everything so high priced I had to go with the cheapest storage
