jackie v | Overall ExperienceThis particular U-Haul location is poor and beyond low. I felt the staff when I got there was friendly. However, the aftermath was unbelievable! They charged me another $30 on my card for nothing I don't understand I tried to call nobody listens this place is horrible do not ever rent from this place do not ever go to this place they are rip off artists! They are below sub everything. The worst Express in my life when it came to billing are they really that poor? Where they need to charge me $30 more on my car the next day for absolutely nothing this is the worst experience of my life I don't know if I'll ever deal with you all again in fact I know I want I'm going with Penske.

The on-site manager and staff are incredibly friendly and consistently go above and beyond to help. Their customer service is truly top-tier. I highly recommend this location for storage—the units are spotless, and their truck rentals are always clean and well-maintained. We’ve rented several trucks here and love that they even offer box trucks by the hour for quick trips.

I picked this U-Haul for storage and moving supplies because the office is open and staffed at convenient times including evenings and weekends. Also, Tony and other staff are extremely helpful. I like that the facility has a spot to leave or take unwanted items and carts that are big and easy to roll down the aisles.
