I have been storing my things for over 10 years. Last year I moved from one unit to another because the one I was in got mold and mildew on some of my items that I had to throw away. I just checked my new unit yesterday and the air conditioner in it was leaking water on my brand new loveseat and several of my cardboard boxes. I had to rearrange everything and my goal is to get everything out of there in the next month.

Cons: Lights kept shutting off, forcing me to walk back to elevator every 5 minutes or so. Notified them early on, but this was not fixed. Not enough push carts, sometimes had to wait for one, and on the last visit had to hand carry final items.
