I had prepared the rental of my ubox at the king street location weeks in advance. however, the day before, i received a call from wendy, asking if the ubox was supposed to be moved to savannah, ga. when i informed her that it wasn't, she confirmed the rental of my ubox and i received a text confirming the rental at the king street, charleston location. however, when we got there, there was no ubox for us to rent. we had to instead rent a storage unit 20 minutes away. i was extremely frustrated since i had been calling and corresponding and verifying my reservation for weeks, to find out it was messed up. it was very inconvenient and unprofessional.

I just checked my new unit yesterday and the air conditioner in it was leaking water on my brand new loveseat and several of my cardboard boxes.
