All of my stuff was damaged, lost, taken, or ruined in a water leak. Wasn’t told about any of this until the day I tried to remove my stuff from storage. Staff didn’t help a single bit.

I have a discharge email stating that my discharge was complete. I follow all the steps and I took all the pictures and I sent the pictures in and I kept the email that I was sent for proof of my discharge.
