Marisha M | First ImpressionsChristina R. was absolutely delightful! She greeted us and was very helpful when my phone would not scan the barcode on my license. She was very thorough when describing your processes and answered questions knowledgeably. I observed her use of patience with a challenging customer and was happy to see teamwork exhibited with a coworker who was also very nice to talk to. Both seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was a little surprised that Cristina had to walk all the way around the building to the units and imagine that she would have driven a vehicle if it was raining. Having a golf car may be good for your employees since this location is so large. Our unit was very clean, easy to get to and access. Since we have two keys, having two cards would really be more helpful. Overall, we had a great move-in experience. Thank you. Josette Glover
