lisha g | Overall ExperienceI had to move my stuff out because of the smell in the building making my clothes smell when I go to my unit always finding things in there that was not mine. Things missing when I was paying for insurance nothing recovered. Being called to come and inspect my unit for smells that was coming from the building. Inconveniencing me having to leave school in the middle of testing and taking my kids out of school, to come 1hr away for nothing. Very dissatisfied will never use u-haul storage again. Tried to resolve issues and was told sorry for the inconvenience.

I happened to continuously choke and the guy at the counter gave me his drink which was beyond kind and greatly appreciated. The same gentleman greeted me when I dropped off the truck and explained the drop of and closure process to me. Great guy!
DIONNE P | Overall ExperienceIt would be nice to have a trash area to throw things away where there is no fee. People pay good money each month and when they’re cleaning out their storage lockers if they have trash to throw away, there should be a place to throw it away.
