Christina R. was absolutely delightful! She greeted us and was very helpful when my phone would not scan the barcode on my license. She was very thorough when describing your processes and answered questions knowledgeably. I observed her use of patience with a challenging customer and was happy to see teamwork exhibited with a coworker who was also very nice to talk to. Both seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was a little surprised that Cristina had to walk all the way around the building to the units and imagine that she would have driven a vehicle if it was raining. Having a golf car may be good for your employees since this location is so large. Our unit was very clean, easy to get to and access. Since we have two keys, having two cards would really be more helpful. Overall, we had a great move-in experience. Thank you. Josette Glover

Buddy B | Overall ExperienceMy move out date was not 5-5-25. It was April 27, 2025. I sent verifying pictures to Alicia‘s email stating that I had moved out. I spoke with her on that Saturday morning. I also spoke with several other people making sure that the pictures were received and confirmation. I continue to get messages saying that I owe U-Haul when I paid up to the 27th and I moved out on the 27th. This is my review for U-Haul lack of communication. No one‘s on the same page and they continue to send me a bill saying that I owe when I do not owe. I have proof that I moved out on the 27th and I wanted to be documented. This is my review for U-Haul Like communication and continuing to badger. The customer not pleased.
Lorraine M | Overall ExperienceI’d had a tough day and then arrived at this facility just at closing and was still helped by Heather even though she could have said come back tomorrow. She was so welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond as well as Kristina who also stayed to help and provided excellent service. There was a system issue that caused an even further delay which meant they had to stay well beyond the closing time but helped with a smile on their faces as if I was the first customer of the day and most important. That type of service is rare unfortunately in 2025.
