The gentleman who assisted me was quite helpful and friendly. He could not have been better! However, once we began loading the storage unit, it became apparent that no one thoroughly cleans them after someone leaves. There was a plastic wrapper from fast food utensils and a paper wrapper from a straw in the unit on the floor—it had not been swept. It’s not major, but it put me off. For the price that you charge for the units, they should at least be swept and mopped.

monica r | First ImpressionsIt was fine but my code for the door never worked. I could not go after hours because couldn't get in. Almost a year and never got it to work. Finally a employee gave me his code. It worked. But was stuck to there hours and not mine. Just figured a big company could getvit fig out. I had two units and for money paid each month i should have been albe to get in.

Wendes J | First ImpressionsThe managers here lied and pretended to take out my payment but did not so that they could put a lien on my storage. They sent me late fees statement in my email 3 days before my bill was even due. When I called to bring this to their attention, they pretended to fix the mistake and did not even take out my payment and left it unpaid after I gave them my credit card number. I called back to address the issue and the manager lied and said my storage went up to two different amounts within a minute he changed his prices. Finally he gave in and told me I could get my stuff and he would unlock it but it was still locked. I also think they changed my lock and put a different one on it. They overcharge, lie, manipulate and try their best to seize your property with fraud. This place is a den of thieves.
