Uhaul in Chehalis was absolutely amazing. Their staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough for storage and rental needs.

Janine D | Overall ExperienceThe customer service from the manager was horrible with a bad chip on her shoulder and wouldn't listen to a word we were saying the first time there . The second time it was a little better from her and the third time she wasn't there and it went awesome. Even dealing with her on the phone Tom had problem with her to just listen to what he was saying... Other then that, it has been a wonderful experience with no problems what so ever and the people were so helpful when I needed it...

JAMES T | Overall ExperienceMost of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rates are too high, and cannot split payments; like half per check. If get to the next due date, cannot pay past due and then a week later pay new month rent, which also limits or denies access to your things until all is paid in full. Very difficult in this respect. Found similar facility closer to residence for half the cost per month, same perks, but can pay bi-weekly, etc.
