Marcia G | Online Move InMy rent was upped my space was small for price over priced and I contacted them about changing pay date to the first when I get paid told if I payed a full month then another month then prorated third so pretty much close to 390 just to move due date one week the reason for storage was emergency then to top off last month lost my bank card took me almost three weeks to get us again and replace it and then I was behind and called to explain the person I talked to said no problem and let me know just to pay back and new when I got it ..went out to clean out storage had been locked out and was putting a lien they said. I wouldn't recommend to anybody if hard times don't matter just money. Sad but thank goodness a few friends helped and I emptied it then and there.
JAMIE H | Overall ExperienceI would like to see better pricing for the units. But the company is the best I have ever used clean buildings. Clean property friendly and helpful staff hot drinks provided. The garage to work in is wonderful. And I absolutely love the fact that we can get and get rid of free items in a particular area. However I would suggest that that area be only for people actively renting units. It seems like there is a lot of outsiders come and take stuff and use the restrooms that really should not be on the premises.

Janine D | Overall ExperienceThe customer service from the manager was horrible with a bad chip on her shoulder and wouldn't listen to a word we were saying the first time there . The second time it was a little better from her and the third time she wasn't there and it went awesome. Even dealing with her on the phone Tom had problem with her to just listen to what he was saying... Other then that, it has been a wonderful experience with no problems what so ever and the people were so helpful when I needed it...
