Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rates are too high, and cannot split payments; like half per check. If get to the next due date, cannot pay past due and then a week later pay new month rent, which also limits or denies access to your things until all is paid in full. Very difficult in this respect. Found similar facility closer to residence for half the cost per month, same perks, but can pay bi-weekly, etc.

I got there to the last day that I checked out with my storage. I was treated very very, very good. I cannot say enough great things about this place. I wish there was more establishments like this in my area

PHILIP M | Overall ExperienceMy only complaint is that the door by my unit had issues with the access and the system didn't work most of the time. I would have to walk all the way from the back of the facility to the front where my unit was at. When I did login and access the back door, the alarm would go off when I opened my storage. The staff was great about resolving quickly, but the door was always a frustration. The staff are the most amazing people ever though and I would recommend just because of the customer service. Tammy is a rockstar!

Hannah M | First ImpressionsI like that it’s indoors and clean. I like being able to pull into the building so it doesn’t matter what the weather is like. It’s pleasant to load or unload. It wouldn’t hurt to have more flatbeds. I make a point of going during the week to have better odds of getting one, but that doesn’t mean I’m always successful. I’ve used your storage twice now, and definitely would in the future if needed.
