Janice S | Overall ExperienceThe representative was very helpful and pleasant to work with compared to the representative I dealt with like a month ago when I rented a truck and paid cash and told him that I’ll be back at 7 o’clock with the truck. I got right at 7 o’clock and the representative refused to open the drawer to give me my money that are coming back the other way trying to get her to open the drawer and she refused and was very rude so I’m much more happier with the customer service that I received when I went this very friendly very helpful and outgoing, but if that other lady is ever working, I will not not do any business while she’s working
