CHRISTOPHER N | Overall ExperienceThe only thing that I would be careful with suggesting that specific U-Haul is that there are two homeless shelters within a mile less than that. I think that there are a lot of people from those shelters in storage units. Which is fine until it leads to harassment. I also had my life threatened. Where the police had to be involved. If I were the manager on site that day I would have handled the situation differently. Everything turned out fine. And I know you haul doesn't have anything to do with who gets a storage unit or where they're come from. I just thought I would mention it because I would definitely give a female a heads up if she were going to have a storage unit at that location. As far as the facility and the staff they get a 10 out of 10.. Mia, Colton, the maintenance person in the mornings, Jimmy, and the manager Jason all very nice all the time.

CELINA F | Overall ExperienceI’d recommend not advertising your medium units as big enough to hold a 1-2 bedroom apartment when really it does not. I paid $159.00 and some change to move into this “medium” size unit which claims to hold items from a 1-2bedroom apartment, but I could barely fit any large items of mine inside. I literally had to get rid of furniture during my move because the unit I purchased under the impression that it would fit a 2 bedroom apartment does not actually fit anything from a 2 bedroom apartment. It’s false advertising to mention a 2 bedroom in your ad. It’s more like a studio-maybe 1 bedroom, but I highly doubt it’s even for a 1bedroom also. Very unsatisfied with the unit that I chose based on the “1-2 bedroom” statement advertised by U-Haul. I will not be keeping my things in this storage past a month paying that amount for a storage that is not big enough for my things, and caused me to have to let go of other items because the unit is so small. I feel deceived. Do better with your advertising.
