I want to thank the staff at the Southloop Uhaul Facility. I rented storage spaces for about 3 years and rental trucks. The team quickly became friends and were always so wonderful to engage with. I'm sad to leave but highly recommend them. Jason has the most wonderful team so I would say he must be a great leader! Thank you for all the great service over the years at to the very end! You all will always be a great example of what going above customer service should be.

Sallie K | Online Move InThey advertise as climate controlled but the air vents are never on. It’s usually past 80 degrees even when I tried to lower the temperature it never turned on. There’s definitely a rat problem, there was an excessive amount of rat feces in the unit. They also claim to have 24hr access but I was never able to access past 10:00 p.m. Half of the time I was there only one elevator was working and my rent kept going up which is the reason I moved out.

The storage facility was good, the times it was open was more than enough to access our things, the security was great, and we never felt our personals items were in danger of being lost or stolen. Overall, great experience and would do again next time we need storage.
