I spoke with 4 Uhal reps regarding appropriate size of unit explaining it was a full one bedroom with huge couch and queen bed with bins , furniture., etc.... Not one provided the correct size. We are literally stuffed to the brim and do not still have right p space to fit what we need. We still have items that require storage. Please train staff better. Reservation system was down for 2 hours the day of check in. Our time was flexible because of that. The staff were wonderful and apologetic. It cost us the entire day... everything we had lined up was pushed back or didn't get done. There are not exceptions on moving day; Things must be out in a timely manner- we no longer have access to our unit and are scrambling to find the right size unit still! Now we have 2 small units, not the right space . Please let me know if you can compensate our costs.

I luckily did not trust that and called back and was then told definitely not, that a 5-10-10 would be the minimum. I went with that one, if barely fit my tiny couch. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED with the service. The second time I called I specifically mentioned how big my apartment was. How can two people guide me so wrong. I have no idea. This will definitely influence future ideas of storage

My belongings had been in storage since 10/28, and I officially closed my contract on Friday, 4/17. Jason went above and beyond in helping me understand the proper packing techniques for a box container that was being shipped to Florida. His guidance made the process much smoother and gave me confidence that everything would arrive safely. The entire team was just as impressive—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The units are climate-controlled, the location feels safe, and my items were in the same condition as when I first placed them in storage. I truly appreciate the level of customer service I received and would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage or moving assistance.
