I had an excellent experience with U-Haul Storage South Loop, Chicago, IL. My belongings had been in storage since 10/28, and I officially closed my contract on Friday, 4/17. Jason went above and beyond in helping me understand the proper packing techniques for a box container that was being shipped to Florida. His guidance made the process much smoother and gave me confidence that everything would arrive safely. The entire team was just as impressive—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The units are climate-controlled, the location feels safe, and my items were in the same condition as when I first placed them in storage. I truly appreciate the level of customer service I received and would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage or moving assistance.
