Donald M | Online Move InThis was our first rental unit, was great to have a local spot nearby. Was clean and well maintained. Only downside is the elevator needs to be updated. The gate and controls are dated. Sometimes needed to run the stairs to retrieve it because other tenants left it on other floors. An automated elevator door would solve the problem. Also concerned because the elevator pit floods frequently.

Raquel C | Overall ExperienceThis is not regarding the storage unit even though I had a ton of difficulty getting one. After I did, the staff wasn't clear on what I should do. They didn't give me enough directions and I ended up having to drive to a different location to be able to get into my storage unit. On top of this they also called me 10 min before my truck rental pickup and said my truck was under repair and the next closest one to me that was available was 45 min away. They told me I could pick that up and drop it off at a closer facility however they would charge me more and it would then go over $100.... This was complete bs and I am never going to use uhaul again.
