The units are much smaller than described. I have to rent 3 units to hold a 3 bedroom house.

When I first opened up the unit, I was berated with questions and phone numbers of several different people to prove who I was and I wasn’t taking the facility just given a number and told to go find it which is offsite. When leaving the facility, I had to take pictures and prove to them that it was empty but who knows who’s pictures those were? So I had to go back to the facility take a picture and then drive back to the offsite and it just made it very inconvenient and it was nobody there to ever answer the phone because it always went to an answering service and they couldn’t help me out with my situation and told me how to physically go there, but I already had loaded up my 26 footer with auto transport, and it just made it a very big inconvenience to go back to the facility to let them know that I had vacated from the facility so I wouldn’t get charged another month. I will not recommend especially to anybody. Other facilities escort you and help you when moving in or moving out!! Not having to drive back and forth!!!
