Slight hassle once; fixed immediately rate increase after late payment issue less than a week maybe 10 paid quarterly best I could
Priscilla S | Overall ExperienceAfter nonpay they had locked my unit. I then paid it and was given excuse after excuse for a week as to why they couldn't unlock it, I was given the general managers number and business card and his response was "I don't know why they gave you my number. I'm on vacation. There's nothing I can do for you" he then gave me a number that led to some hotline asking if we had crashed a uhaul truck. When I first started doing business with them everything was great. But God forbid you miss a payment you are treated like you have the plague. Even though I always squared up. I got behind a few times but always wound up paying and every single person with the exception of one was extremely rude. I believe the only nice person I delt with was Austin I can't remember for sure but I think that was his name. I had my unit there for 3 years so you'd think they would want to keep my business but I now use public storage.
