Jessica L | Overall ExperienceI was unimpressed in the service we received last night. The worker was chewing dip while he was working with us. Told us we had a unit and then after we unloaded told us that unit was full. The service was slow and very unsatisfactory. I would not recommend anyone to go thru uhaul in Chippewa Falls
CHERISH M | First ImpressionsFalsely advertised storage unit size. I payed for a single unit 10x14x10 so I could move my 4 bedroom house into it and when I arrived after paying online they tried to give me 2 smaller units side by side. I have a piano and a couch that would have taken up both smaller units. I'm glad I didn't move across the country expecting a fair deal because this wasn't it.
James T | Overall ExperienceVery clean facility, kind of disappointed I had to make an extra trip just to toss out a box full of kitchen spices because they wouldn't throw them out but I digress, pretty high tech facility, they have a overhead display alerting where unit alarms go off a bit excessive but cool nonetheless.

Jerome A | Overall ExperienceSo So so disappointed as we were out of the unit mid Month and there was no prorating of payment for time not in the unit. If that is the policy, it was never ever pointed out to us. Should have been explained up front. So disappointed. So you are getting money from us and someone new.
ALICE D | Overall ExperienceI rented a unit then found out the inside hours were not 24/7 so I cancelled that and got an outside unit which showed certain size but then get there and the measurements were sideways not deep, and then the unit had a 4-5 inch lip at bottom so couldn’t even back a trailer into if I wanted to. So we then had to unload a heavy couch which was planned to leave on the trailer. Then we arrive and it was supposed to include a free lock for the unit which was a special going on and it wasn’t in there. So then had to go drive to Walmart at 10pm and buy a lock so we could lock the unit. The whole thing was not good experience, and storage units should be deep and not wide so you can actually fit things into them, which most places are like that.
JOSEPH B | Overall ExperienceWho doesn’t prorate when storage is no longer needed… you talk to one staff who says that rental is prorated and another says it’s not… all while never seeing the rental agreement
