So So so disappointed as we were out of the unit mid Month and there was no prorating of payment for time not in the unit. If that is the policy, it was never ever pointed out to us. Should have been explained up front. So disappointed. So you are getting money from us and someone new.

I rented a unit then found out the inside hours were not 24/7 so I cancelled that and got an outside unit which showed certain size but then get there and the measurements were sideways not deep, and then the unit had a 4-5 inch lip at bottom so couldn’t even back a trailer into if I wanted to. So we then had to unload a heavy couch which was planned to leave on the trailer. Then we arrive and it was supposed to include a free lock for the unit which was a special going on and it wasn’t in there. So then had to go drive to Walmart at 10pm and buy a lock so we could lock the unit. The whole thing was not good experience, and storage units should be deep and not wide so you can actually fit things into them, which most places are like that.

There’s cheaper storage options out there, but nothing that has that many options for that low of a price. I paid about $80 per month, moving in on a free month.
