ISAAC H | Overall ExperienceStaff were very smelly with body odor. I felt bad for the female workers that work here. The person helping me check out was not friendly and did not have a pleasant experience like I had before. Several people were in the area and not one of them offered to help load up our vehicle with our large purchase of boxes.

Nicholas K | Overall ExperienceGiven that I live an hour away from the facility, I really appreciated staff locking up my unit for me and setting aside the key so that I could get it on my next trip over. It was, however, nerve-wracking that their was uncertainty about the employees being able to get access to they key when I came. So, my suggestion would be that such keys (I can't be the only one ever) be located in a consistent place accessible to employees.

Kristine B | Overall ExperienceThis moving process was very complicated for me as I was rushed, and situations in my life had taken a downward spiral. I lost my car and I live by myself and would have a hard time getting all my stuff together to make my move. During my transportation process I was picking up a vehicle halfway to my final destination. Uhaul and everyone a part of their team kept making adjustments to accommodate my individual scenario without any negative feed back that would have made me more stressed. Everyone was always help full and understanding even though my multiple phone calls to adjust pickup dates and locations specifically for the auto transport. There is a great connection between the stores and the all hours office in getting equipment reserved. Cannot thank this company and everyone who works in it enough.
