My storage #55 had NO DAMM lights! NO Elevator!!!I 😡had to carry my stuff up17 steps!!😡 But it did have mouse traps in roaches in it!! I wouldn't recommend tha walnut hills storage to NOT A SOUL!!! Have a Great Day!!!✌🏿

The office hours made it difficult to find a time to be able to check out as the only time I was available was after the office would close. It would have been nice to be able to have 24/7 access to the storage unit because I am most available during night hours.

You have to take photo and upload with truck rental and if you are moving it becomes overwhelming. Especially with renting of the vehicle, loading, unloading and making sure youtake pics can be a bit to much. But after that this place is great. Pay on time so no late fees and you are good. Very much recommended

You can pull your vehicle right inside and close the door before you unload, allowing you to get out of the sun and heat. Plenty of hand trucks, including mattress carts. Staff at the rental facility across the street are great, and respond to your needs. Only issue is that the counter can get backed up at times with a line of folks waiting to get trucks or spaces. Will definitely come back for future truck and space needs.
