monte a | First ImpressionsThe experience of having to wait 40 Minutes to rent a storage facility when most of it was already done is ridiculous. The app would not allow me to move in as well. The wait time and amount of people in there is ridiculous . You need double the amount of staff you have and the folks working there are stressed and rude as a result, I kind of can’t blame them but also not my problem. Horrible service and a waste of an hour just to get a small storage facility. Process is broken
MARIA D | First ImpressionsLisa in management was always pleasant to deal with, but a few of her staff members were not responsive to my needs when I came in for service concerning my unit. This made my charges prolong for reasons like , people being out longer then they were expected to be, for the on site worker to take red tags off unit; two separate times staff not being available to do their job caused me to have to keep the storage longer than I anticipated.
