Customer service was above and beyond! Security to get in and out was nice as well. However, I gave it 3 stars because I purchased a 5 x 5 and it was $62 a month. Meanwhile, I have a 10 x 10 indoor storage with controlled temperature etc that I pay for elsewhere and it's $159, insurance included. I feel like St Bernard is a bit overpriced for just a small need and could not say it was "above average/4 stars" or "Excellent/5 stars" due to this.

I also informed the person that entered a move out date of 2/10/23 of the correct date. i also called the office and received the answering service on the move out date and was told that the information was placed in the system that day and i Should receive a call or email regarding that and never did.

I never thought about the security and safety of my possessions because access to the area is so well controlled. The area around the storage units is kept clean and the storage units are clean and dry. If the lack of climate control is important, then this is an excellent choice. The staff are friendly and supportive.
