I was not able to open my storage take all my thy util after two hours when a Ms Laura showed up and took your lock off and ask why they put their on and my lock was already on! I was able to clear my storage unit D01 While Ms Laura was drying the premises and she stated that was paid in full! I now need you to close my account asap! 06/2/25 I remove my things.
mae s | Overall ExperienceService and staff was helpful. Unfortunately my unit is growing weeds through the rear wall. The it has leaves and debris inside and was not clean. I had to remove it myself. There seems to be. Again I the wall and floor that gives outside access to bugs , vegetation, and possible rodants. I will be requesting another unit because that one is not acceptable.

The original place I was booked at didn’t even have the unit I reserved online and wasn’t notified until the following day of booking. The first location it sent me too was dirty and the unit wasn’t what I booked for. All around terrible experience yet again
