The staff is very friendly and customer service was excellent but the Manager or regional that works at the other Clarkston office is rude, unprofessional and if it wasn't for your staff at the office on Northern office, I wouldn't of gotten a unit. The Manager runs customers away with her rudeness, she needs to be replaced to restore the customers
