Please indicate on the website that some of the units are at the top of stairs and have no elevator available. For the mobility impaired this is important. Personally, the location was not convenient. I rented the unit due to a last minute emergency change of plans.

Natashia r | Overall ExperienceIt was a total mess no one could find information regarding the unit in the computer employees couldn't find the issue and didn't have a clue on how to fix the problem Then when returning the Uhaul same problem couldn't find no information on the computer about dropping off the Trailer very very disappointed with all of it because of it we were not able to receive our deposit because they couldn't find the contract in the computer Very very pour communication Will not be using Uhaul again
