I went into the store to clean out my unit and close out my account. I have not been to the unit in years and lost my keys so I was hoping for some help. The employee came across has irritated and unfriendly when I first approached before we even spoke. I was told I needed a locksmith to unlock my unit which I completely understood. Instead of giving recommendations on reliable people they use I was told to find one. The locksmith scratched the door so I will be responsible for paying to replace. I wanted to get everything out of my unit before August so I would not be charged. The manager told my mother it was reported to me that I needed to clean out my unit by the 22nd so I wouldn’t be charged. That was not true. I cleaned my unit out on the 23rd thinking I would be okay.

The system had shut down about 10 minutes before i arrived to pick up my rental truck today but Joshua and the other staff member whos name i didn’t get were incredibly nice and helpful. They helped me get onto the App and find our reservation so we only had about a 10 minute delay which was more then reasonable for what they were having to deal with. Joshua helped load up the appliance dolly and blankets and was very nice and very professional. Kudos to those two for being so nice!
