Tiffany G | Overall ExperienceRats ate through my belongings and had droppings everywhere. I was told to pull everything out of storage and take pictures. Sent the ones I had but they wanted more. My insurance claim was ignored and I had the burden of paying while my furniture and belongings were being destroyed. I had to switch units bc of roof damage and the gate always has an issue. They are ghetto, rude, and very nonchalant. No one takes accountability a the manager is never available to talk. Horrible attitudes and neglectful service. Worst location ever. And I simply let it go instead of being insulted to pay for such disgusting housing of my property. I wish I could just get all my furniture and belongings back but because of this place me and all six of my children have to start over from scratch! I hate that I trusted this company
