I, have see some of the staffs cleaning in the storage. I also had to checked the ground to make sure no nail on the ground while I drive. Because I did not want to have nail stuck in my tire... so far staffs are doing great and helped to get out of the gate. They gave me press code number instead of card. So far they are doing great!!!

Delano E | Overall ExperienceThe location on Washington Road in East Point Georgia was where I stored my belongings. I lost everything due to a rat infestation. China called me and stated that a foul smell was coming from my unit and she needed to check out the unit. She took over my case, due to my ignorance of the process, recorded the inventory and took pictures. After several weeks or cold calling I finally had the time to visit the site. I asked for my pictures and inventory list she refused to give it to me. When RepWest insurace adjuster called Ms. Neville she literally had me call out my inventory by mouth and memory. She lowballed my payout by cutting it again because of depreciation. I thought I could replace the items in my unit with the payout do to inflation, I have not recovered or have been able to purchase everything I lost. I paid on this insurance faithfully for three years, and when it came time for them to uphold the contract the workers made me and exception and dropped the ball when it came to me. It felt personal and vindictive.
