The facility manager, Erin, was great! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She went above and beyond for my family and we couldn't be more grateful. She really went out of her way to help us navigate a difficult situation that she really didn't have to. It was refreshing to see great customer service given with such grace. We will only rent from here from now on!

we were very happy with our unit for 2 1/2 years and all the employees we ever encountered there. The rate increases were the only reason we chose to close out our unit and move to another storage place. several increases while we were there just didn't fit our budget with this last increase in monthly prices.
