When I returned to inform them I was moving my items out because I only needed the storage for a month, Erin said I was “storage hemorrhaging” whatever that means. She went on complaining to her coworker that everyone gets to take a day off except her, citing she had back pain, aching bones, but was there working when everyone else was off. She was talking to a coworker and cursing how she’s tired and always showing up but no one gives a sh*t. The language she used in front of customers was so unprofessional and I was waiting at the counter while she was ranting. This location is in need of customer service skills, training on professionalism, integrity, and knowledge on how to manage the business. I will never do business with this location again. I look forward to your expedited response to address my concerns further. But if Erin is the face of your company, it’s my assumption that you will not be addressing my concerns.
