Very disappointing experience. The manager tried to charge me nearly twice the reserved rate. After some back-and-forth, I got the original price, but they still refused to apply the military discount. Poor customer service, and the storage security is quite weak.

Very disappointing experience. The manager tried to charge me nearly twice the reserved rate. After some back-and-forth, I got the original price, but they still refused to apply the military discount. Poor customer service, and the storage security is quite weak.
Ravshan U | Reservation3 times I tried to pre pay for my unit. Each time they wanted to charge me for more than the rental prices. I tried to switch my truck rental, that was 6 calls to make it right. It still was not. I went elsewhere and was taken care of immediately, and discounted due to your facility errors. I went with a different storage and truck rental as you could not get it right at all. If you really want me to review you on Google, I don't think you'd like that. I will never nor recommend your facility.
