Timothy P | Overall ExperienceI rented a space that was supposed to be 5x7x7. When I arrived it was after hours and when I unlocked the door, I found the space was a corner unit that was a triangle in shape. It was falsely advertised. I needed to unload a 5x8 uhaul trailer and had to work with customer service after hours to get a new space in the same rental location at a higher price. There was no follow up with management despite crediting the unused rental space. I hope they do not continue to try to rent this unusable space (space 2200). Moving is stressful enough to have this type of unwanted surprise

Dave R | Overall ExperienceI cleaned out my storage within 5 days of paying the monthly rent and the gal on the phone refused to refund any amount remaining that I won’t be using. If this is really the policy, it’s antiquated. I shouldn’t pay $109.95 for 5 days.
