The place is a maze! Needs better orientation. Sure, the employees know their way around. Maybe some color coding would help. Besides that, I do appreciate the offer of a free month…which I didn’t use.
Dave R | Overall ExperienceI cleaned out my storage within 5 days of paying the monthly rent and the gal on the phone refused to refund any amount remaining that I won’t be using. If this is really the policy, it’s antiquated. I shouldn’t pay $109.95 for 5 days.

SUSAN G | First ImpressionsWent to use “reserved” 10x10 unit. There were none. General manager stated first come first served. Why bother reserving units, if it means nothing? Tried to put us in 2 5x10 , with wouldn’t have worked. Rented 10 x 15 we didn’t need as only option.
