I cleaned out my storage within 5 days of paying the monthly rent and the gal on the phone refused to refund any amount remaining that I won’t be using. If this is really the policy, it’s antiquated. I shouldn’t pay $109.95 for 5 days.

Very good storage experience, with the exception of 1 thing: Annoying LOUD alarms that would be triggered when I unlocked/opened the doors to my 2 storage units. Alarms didn't always trigger, but USUALLY did. Otherwise, good facility, thanks.
