In spite of some unusual computer difficulties out of her control, Bernadette was able to get things resolved with persistence, patience, and was so pleasant to work with. Her co-workers were also genuinely warm and helpful, indicative of a great team on-site. It will be a pleasure to continue doing business with them all!

They are friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about how welcoming they were! Move in and move out processes were a breeze. This is our last time using the facility at this location since our student will be graduating in May and we reside out of the area. If in the future we need to use a storage facility I hope to find the staff as helpful and friendly as the Columbia CT staff!
