We rented a unit at this facility to store large items for our college student over the summer, both this year and last. The staff at this location is GREAT! They are friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about how welcoming they were! Move in and move out processes were a breeze. This is our last time using the facility at this location since our student will be graduating in May and we reside out of the area. If in the future we need to use a storage facility I hope to find the staff as helpful and friendly as the Columbia CT staff!

I will never refer anybody to this facility due to the way we were treated. The corporate office needs to be better selective on who's running there stores, seems to be many more poor reviews in regards to management at the Columbia CT UHaul.
