When renting a Uhaul truck to move into a new house they advertised a deal for a month free on one of their storage units. This was what made me decide to get a storage unit at this location, but when I was registering my information and I went to pay I was charged the full price for the first month, and when I called customer service they said the deal was only on a one-way trip rental of 50 miles or more and that I wouldn't get the discount. It was pretty shady the way they advertised it, I'm sure it has nothing to do with the storage facility, but that makes me think twice about renting from Uhaul again. There was also a deal on a free lock with the storage unit, but when I went to check out, I was also charged for that, although when I called customer service, they updated my reservation and gave me the free lock. Everything else was amazing, clean facility, inside heated unloading area, and easy to find my storage unit with the map they provided.

JOSE L | Overall ExperiencePeople who work there have no idea what their doing called them 8/1/24 to tell them I was moving my stuff from storage they never took me out of computer when I notified them and I had trouble getting in and out with my card had to have it fixed 3 different times. The garage doors do get in and out are broken

My husband had a problem with them tho, I don’t know the whole story I just know the guy and him were going back n forth and then hung up on on him.
