The issue was with checking out. I checked out after emptying my unit. Told the man gave my unit number and name. They continued to charge me. Never took me off auto pay which caused overdraft fees I was angry when called about an issue that had cost me a lot of money. The only way the lady would deal with my account was for me to apologize . When I started crying she said “oh my god” very rudely. I have not received an apology and I have no doubt they will continue to charge my account. The worst customer service in the world!!! No apology for their issue .. I was treated with contempt

Enjoy the time I had that. Facility storage area? No problem, very clean, no mice, no roaches, never have a problem or an issue recommended to all prices very good prices plus you get a free month when you release a storage other storages of you home, don't give you that free month anymore, but they do thank you so much.
iluminado c | Overall ExperienceI have a major issue with U-Haul's payment policies, no wonder why people get their stuff auctioned just like me. I fell behind because of work situation and my living situation and offered to make partial payments to get caught up every week, and U-Haul's payment policy is no partial payments so once it hit 2 months of being behind my bill was out of control and there was no way for me to catch up because I couldn't make any partial payments so inevitably my stuff got auctioned I lost a ton of family heirlooms and my wife's family heirlooms and I'm quite unhappy about it if you all would have accepted a payment plan then I would have been able to keep my stuff and not have to deal with the traumatic stress that my wife is going through now
