My experience the the U-haul was Awesome!! The staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Jamal was outstanding with his superb customer service. He really took his time to make sure I was well taken of and comfortable with my transactions. I'll definitely return for myself and recommend friends and family for more business.

Only issue no dolly in truck
Debra F | First ImpressionsOne way to make it better. Have an interactive map with available units, so customer can see WHERE the units available are located. Had to call and ask. Other thing, I rented mine on the 11th. It would have been nice to be told my smaller unit had to be empty by the 10th. Now I am paying for 2 units for a month. I understand why it is done, but maybe have 2 dates per month for rental and canceling. Just a thought. Overall, very clean, very nice, I love the garages to lock yourself in the building while unloading. Thank you

KIMBERLY M | Overall ExperienceWhen renting a Uhaul truck to move into a new house they advertised a deal for a month free on one of their storage units. This was what made me decide to get a storage unit at this location, but when I was registering my information and I went to pay I was charged the full price for the first month, and when I called customer service they said the deal was only on a one-way trip rental of 50 miles or more and that I wouldn't get the discount. It was pretty shady the way they advertised it, I'm sure it has nothing to do with the storage facility, but that makes me think twice about renting from Uhaul again. There was also a deal on a free lock with the storage unit, but when I went to check out, I was also charged for that, although when I called customer service, they updated my reservation and gave me the free lock. Everything else was amazing, clean facility, inside heated unloading area, and easy to find my storage unit with the map they provided.
