PAMELA W | Overall ExperienceI gave 4 stars because something in the storage unit next to mine leaked, and I was not alerted about it. The only reason I know it happened is that some of the boxes had stains on them, and I could see the discoloration/ dried liquid stains on the boxes and some wood items. It wasn't significant, but it definitely had a smell to it. (not strong but noticeable) I didn't realize it during the move-out because I had movers, and they moved the boxes and furniture onto the truck. Otherwise, pretty clean and very secure. I would use them again if I need to in the future. I would just visit my belongings more often.
